With a solid background in design, renovations, general construction and the Real Estate business, Dave Giardina possesses the expertise and skills to provide first rate assistance with Real Estate purchases and sales as well as home improvement guidance.
Several years back, Dave moved on from a disaster restoration business to work full time in Real Estate. A graduate of Edinboro University with a degree in art, a creative approach is utilized in all aspects of Dave?s businesses from renovations to finance. While not a licensed home inspector, Dave is quick to point out both positive and negative issues relating to construction and maintains a highly ethical approach to contract negotiations. He is always willing to discuss, then to offer creative insight to buyers and sellers so that they achieve their very best deal. Dave and wife Mary are proud parents of twin daughters who have inherited a driven motivation and dedication to succeed and have each become successful veterinarians. Dave has been a rider coach for the PA Motorcycle Safety Program for many years and is a lifetime member of ABATE. Another hobby is his trademark van that he fuels at home with natural gas.
